At our store, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to strict hygiene and product safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once a hair product has been delivered, opened, worn, or used.
This policy exists for the following reasons:
1. Hygiene & Safety Standards
Wigs, hair toppers, hairpieces, and extensions fall under a category of personal-use products that cannot be resold or restocked once they have been handled by a customer. Once an item leaves our facility, it cannot be returned to inventory for hygiene reasons.
2. Industry-Standard Practice
To ensure product quality and customer safety, returns of opened, worn, altered, or delivered hair products are not permitted. This is a common practice throughout the hair and beauty industry.
3. Product Authenticity Protection
Allowing returns on hair products creates risks of tampering, alteration, or substitution. Our no-return policy helps protect customers by ensuring every item sold is authentic, untouched, and meets our quality standards.
4. Quality Assurance
Every product is carefully inspected before shipment. This helps us maintain consistency and ensures customers receive products in excellent condition.
Exceptions
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on delivered hair products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
